"The best claim is the one that never happens" — the new PZU iFlota unveiled at the third edition of "W drodze do bezpieczeństwa"
At the third edition of PZU's "W drodze do bezpieczeństwa" event for PZU iFlota clients, VivaDrive and PZU unveiled the new iFlota — including the Communication Centre and the AUDAX prevention programme. Plus track training at DRIVELAND Poland.
"The best claim is the one that never happens." That is how Marcin Ogniewski of PZU opened the third edition of "W drodze do bezpieczeństwa” ("On the road to safety") — an event PZU organised on 10 June for clients of the PZU iFlota programme. It sounds simple, but it changes everything: for years fleet insurance was about what happens AFTER a collision. The real game is in what happens BEFORE.
Track, skid pad, defensive driving
Together with PZU iFlota clients, the day at DRIVELAND Poland included track sessions, skid-control practice, and defensive-driving training — recommended for anyone convinced they already drive well.
The new iFlota — built by PZU and VivaDrive
The highlight of the event was the unveiling of the new iFlota, which the PZU and VivaDrive teams have been building over recent months. Two things stand out.
The Communication Centre — a fleet manager no longer has to call, email, and guess who on the PZU side is handling their case. They sit down in iFlota and talk to a policy or claims expert in one place, online. It sounds simple; in practice it saves an enormous amount of time and nerves on both sides.
The AUDAX prevention programme — real work with clients beyond the platform itself. This is not "we deployed telematics, good luck." We sit down with a specific fleet, look at the data, find where risk is actually growing, and plan what to do about it: training, coaching, changes in drivers' daily habits. It is a year-long process, not a one-off workshop.
Because data can become a pretty chart — or a concrete decision. We are interested in the latter.
Speakers at the event included representatives of PZU, VivaDrive, LZFS, and 99rent. VivaDrive was represented by CEO Mateusz Maj.
