Job description
Our customers include some of the largest organizations in Poland — PZU, PKO BP, PGE, Lasy Państwowe — alongside hundreds of smaller fleets. We are looking for an Account Manager who makes every one of them successful: onboarded properly, actively using the platform and seeing measurable results.
You will own a portfolio of accounts end to end: training, adoption, renewals and growth. You are the customer's voice inside VivaDrive and VivaDrive's face at the customer — with data to back up every conversation.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of accounts, including key enterprise customers
- Run onboarding and training so customers reach value fast
- Monitor adoption and act before problems become churn
- Lead renewals and identify upsell opportunities
- Run business reviews with concrete results and next steps
- Represent the customer's voice in product decisions
