Job description
AI products fail differently than regular software — a risk score can be confidently wrong, an assistant can hallucinate a recommendation. We are looking for an AI Systems Tester who makes sure that what our models tell fleet managers is correct, consistent and safe before it reaches production.
You will design evaluation datasets and automated test suites for our ML models and GenAI features (including mAIster), hunt edge cases in real fleet data and define the quality gates every release has to pass.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain evaluation datasets for models and AI features
- Build automated test suites for model outputs and prompts
- Run regression testing whenever models, prompts or data change
- Hunt edge cases in real fleet data and turn them into test cases
- Define and enforce quality gates for AI releases
- Report quality metrics and work with AI engineers on fixes
