Job description
Forward Driven Engineer is our name for an engineer who does not wait for a ticket. You see a problem worth solving, prototype fast — with AI tools where they help — and take features from idea to production end to end. Stack matters less than ownership: one week it is a React dashboard, the next a Django endpoint or a data script.
You will work directly with the founders and with real customer feedback from 700+ fleets. Short loops, visible impact, no committee between you and the user.
Responsibilities
- Take features from idea through prototype to production
- Work across the stack: frontend, backend, data, glue
- Prototype fast with AI assistance and validate with real users
- Talk to customers and turn feedback into shipped improvements
- Improve tooling and developer experience for the whole team
- Challenge scope: find the 20% that delivers 80% of the value
