Lasy Państwowe (Polish State Forests) chart their fleet electrification with VivaDrive

Lasy Państwowe — Europe's largest state forest organisation — worked with VivaDrive on a fleet electrification strategy: vehicle-by-vehicle suitability analysis, charging infrastructure planning, and TCO scenarios for a fleet operating in demanding terrain.

Lasy Państwowe (Polish State Forests), Europe's largest state forest organisation, has worked with VivaDrive on a fleet electrification strategy. It is one of the most interesting electrification cases in the public sector: a large, dispersed fleet operating between cities, forest districts, and demanding terrain.

Electrification where it actually works

The EVR analysis (AI + big data) assessed vehicle by vehicle where EVs make operational and economic sense today — based on real routes and usage, not averages. The strategy covers vehicle replacement selection, charging infrastructure planning across dispersed locations, and total-cost-of-ownership scenarios: fuel/energy, service, insurance, residual value.

Public sector leading by example

Public institutions face growing decarbonisation expectations — and their fleets are among the most visible places to start. A data-driven, staged electrification plan lets an organisation like Lasy Państwowe move first where the case is strongest, and time the rest of the transition deliberately.
